From August through February, we spread limestone on local growers’ fields in the Willamette Valley to raise the pH of the soil. We work exclusively with a nationwide company, Nutrien Ag Solutions which receives the orders and delivers the lime to the field where our lime buggy is filled with the limestone and then spread on the field. We have the technology of GPS and spreading the limestone at a variable rate which many farmers utilize and appreciate. We can spread on open fields, hazelnut orchards, and hop fields.
